The Tropical Ecology Lab is an interinstitutional group of professors and researchers
sharing multidisciplinary interests in the field of tropical biology,
including topics as community ecology, floristics and botany, evolution and conservation.

The motivation of this group is to facilitate collaborations among researchers with similar interests
but complementary capacities, so to widen the goals and impact of our studies to provide answers
to more ambitious questions related to the functioning, structure, dynamics and management
of tropical ecosystems from an integrative perspective.
